Executive Chef John Frade & Event Liason Janine Frade have dedicated their life to creating Great Food & Spectacular Event Planning. Chef Frade started his Culinary Career at the youg age of 16 starting as a Bus Boy & Dishwasher and moving up the ranks from Line Cook up to Executive Chef/Owner. He honed his skills along the way working at many Catering & Restaurants such as The Branch Brook Manor, Frade's Deli & Catering, Big Daddy's Catering, Island View Cafe, The Jefferson House, Black River Barn & Cinders Wood Fire Grill and Now Mangia Catering Pros were he brings to you food he grew up with and learned from his parents of Italian & Portugese desent and now puts his own twist of Cooking On the Edge Mangia Style. Janine got her start 15 years ago at Cinders Wood Fire Grill were she hosted & planned hundreds of special events. Her gift is knowing how to make clients & guests feel comfortable & happy from start to finish with her attention to every detail
